Mai's is quite possibly the best restaurant in the Houston metro area (assuming you enjoy Asian cuisine). The spring rolls alone are worth a visit. And, like most dishes on the menu, they can be ordered with chicken, shrimp, or tofu.

I highly recommend the tofu version of anything if you're looking for something different. The Garlic Tofu (aka Garlic Chicken w/tofu) is superb. Superb! I've had good tofu and I've had bad tofu. Mai's definitely knows how to prepare it correctly.

If you're looking for some great Vietnamese or Chinese food in the Houston area, look no further than Mai's. And they're open late!
